This short online form is to be completed by applicants who are withdrawing from the 2025 HAT and LT certification process. Respondents will be asked to provide their details so that they can be formally withdrawn from this process. In order to best support future Notifications of Intention to Apply, applicants will also have the opportunity to provide feedback about their experiences with the 2025 applicant Notification of Intention to Apply.
